I’m writing to tell you that there have to be some changes about the English Dubbing Contest intended to be held this Friday afternoon as more students want to participate in this activity than we had expected.
As a result, we have to start the contest earlier at 8:30 on Friday morning instead of 2:00 in the afternoon. Moreover, the contest will he held in the Lecture Hall rather than Room 302 because it can hold more people.
We do feel sorry for the change as it may bring some inconvenience to you. Anyway we are looking forward to seeing you on Friday morning.
